1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the shuffle platform in any capacity — whether through the website at shuffle.ng, the mobile app, or any related service — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and shuffle. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use after any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To register and use shuffle, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by shuffle for a breach of these Terms.

shuffle reserves the right to request verification of your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending review.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one account on shuffle. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, shuffle reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain any balance pending investigation.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. shuffle may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your account's lifetime.

You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your account access with any other person. shuffle will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account details secure.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on shuffle are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment methods include Philippine online banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. shuffle does not accept credit cards or any cryptocurrency as a payment method for deposits.

Deposits are credited to your shuffle account once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. shuffle is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed during the deposit process.
• You must only deposit funds from payment sources that belong to you personally.
• Deposits made in error should be reported to support immediately — shuffle will investigate but cannot guarantee reversal once funds have been credited and used in gameplay.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your shuffle account are processed in Philippine Peso to verified Philippine bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may take varying amounts of time depending on verification status and payment channel.
• shuffle reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is reason to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where verification is incomplete.
• Any applicable processing fees will be disclosed before you confirm a withdrawal request.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games on the shuffle platform — including slots, live casino, eBingo, fish games, and other titles in the Game Lobby — are subject to their individual game rules in addition to these overall Terms. Outcomes in all games are determined by certified random number generation or by live dealer processes, and shuffle does not manipulate game outcomes.

Bets placed are final once confirmed. shuffle is not liable for errors in bet placement caused by player action, connectivity issues on the player's side, or misunderstanding of game rules. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with a game's rules before placing real-money bets.

In the event of a technical error or malfunction during gameplay, shuffle reserves the right to void affected bets. Any winnings resulting from a verified technical malfunction will not be paid out.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the shuffle platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following may have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any balance held may be forfeited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for normal player use.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any restricted area of the platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of coordinated dishonest play.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, or other illegal means.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Requests from the account holder to close their own account.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own request rather than a breach, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard verification procedures. Where closure is due to a breach, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

10 Limitation of Liability

shuffle provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is accessible and functional at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, shuffle shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings or game credits arising from technical malfunctions beyond shuffle's reasonable control.
• Loss or damage caused by your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party banks or payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits shuffle's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Changes to These Terms

shuffle reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the shuffle platform following any published update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
